All of our locations are licensed by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth and The Division of Regulated Child Care in Kentucky. The license to each facility is conveniently posted in the main lobby on our parent information board for review.
Center directors are available onsite at each location Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm
Each of our facilities participate in publicly funded programs available through Jobs and Family Services.

Welcome to Noah’s Ark Early Learning Academy and Oak Spring Academy, LLC.! We are a premier group of learning centers in Ohio and Kentucky that enrolls children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. Our centers were established to provide a quality program for children and families needing care. Our staff recognizes the importance of balanced growth and development and provides opportunities for mental, physical, and emotional growth through a variety of creative experiences.
Our centers provide a state aligned kindergarten readiness curriculum, creative exploration areas, large outdoor play spaces, and enrichment classes such as music & movement and STEAM. As Step up to Quality rated centers, we are committed to delivering the highest quality early childhood education and care for our children.
Our center environments supports each child’s individual need to excel in their learning journey from birth to school age. We use the Brightwheel App, which allows parents to communicate directly with teachers, see photos of their child’s day, and receive important classroom and center updates.
